Role Overview The Marketing professional will plan, implement, and optimize data‑driven demand programs that validate and scale new ventures. This role builds the funnel—from audience discovery and acquisition through activation, conversion, and retention—across email, paid, owned, and partnership channels. The focus is on lead generation, database growth, and repeatable growth playbooks that accelerate venture‑market fit.

You’ll also provide sustainment support for existing markets (Vegas, Frisco), collaborate on Chicago strategy, and play a key role in launching Frisco in early 2026.

Key Activities

Design & oversee digital marketing programs for new ventures: concept development, data readiness, ICP definition, tactical deployment, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.

Work with management to build and grow venture‑specific databases to fuel lead generation and nurture programs.

Own dynamic content strategies tailored to venture lifecycle stages (awareness, activation, conversion, retention, win‑back), maximizing qualified lead capture and pipeline velocity.

Facilitate alignment across venture/product teams, sales, compliance, and legal to craft messaging frameworks that balance reach, personalization, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with internal/external partners to implement email, paid social/search, ads, direct mail, push, in‑app, SMS, and content programs that drive acquisition, cross‑sell/upsell, retention, and win‑back across venture audiences.

Ensure a 1:1 experience through targeting, modeling, and personalization—including lead scoring, routing, and nurture streams—to increase engagement, conversion, and ROI.

Work closely with content/creative partners to deliver relevant assets by segment (ICP pain points, stage‑based messaging, offers) that improve CTR, CVR, and pipeline quality.

Oversee creative development end‑to‑end: briefs, coordination, concept communication, stakeholder feedback, and Legal/Licensed Partner approvals.

Partner with deployment teams to maintain deliverability and QA (render testing, inbox placement, tracking integrity, troubleshooting).

Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations, prioritizing experiments that impact MQL volume, conversion rates, CAC, pipeline contribution, and time‑to‑value.

Maintain rigorous processes, scheduling, prioritization, and clear communications across venture initiatives and stakeholders.

Implement and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (mainly email, but future state push, in‑app, SMS) to hit venture‑specific acquisition and pipeline targets.

Partner with Analytics to leverage dashboards, testing matrices, and reporting cadences that assess delivery, profitability, and daily/weekly/monthly performance at the venture level.

Use data to inform lead gen strategy, nurture sequencing, and journey design tailored to new ventures, including activation gates and qualification criteria.

Proactively monitor competitive signals and category trends to adjust acquisition and nurture strategies, maintaining a structured experiment backlog.

Provide sustainment support for Vegas and Frisco, and collaborate on Chicago strategy with leadership.

Assist in Frisco launch planning and execution (Jan/Feb), ensuring readiness across channels and data infrastructure.
