Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in assigned territories
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve market share and profitability goals
Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching to optimize outcomes
Foster relationships with major hospital systems and address customer needs proactively
Collaborate cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and service programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 7 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in the Acute Care/Hospital capital equipment sector
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Acute Care rental therapy products
Proven track record of developing successful sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and forecasting sales performance
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
Experience in managing large-scale accounts or integrated delivery networks (IDNs)
