Monday - Thursday; 5am - 330pm

HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT The Painter II, under supervision, applies powder coatings to frames and parts using Wagner electrostatic spray guns on a moving conveyor line, ensuring consistent quality and production efficiency.

THE DETAILS

Apply high‑quality powder coat finishes using a Wagner Electrostatic spray gun, ensuring proper mil thickness, coverage, and gloss.

Maintain strong transfer efficiency while keeping pace with a moving conveyor line and executing all pre‑ and post‑surface prep.

Read and match color tags accurately while following established powder coat and/or liquid paint application processes.

Support a clean, safe work environment and perform additional tasks as needed to keep production flowing.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED preferred, plus one year of related experience in powder coating or a similar environment.

Ability to work while wearing a supplied air hood, communicate clearly, and complete tasks with professionalism and quality.

Strong integrity, safety awareness, and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to continuously build skills and knowledge.
