Powder Painter
Mazak Corporation is looking for a painter to join the Fabrication team. The powder painter will hang, coat, and store metal parts on an automated powder coat paint line. Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following: Proactively attain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees Hang metal parts on the automated conveyor line Coat the light areas on the parts that the automatic guns miss Remove and store coated parts on designated carts for delivery to the assembly department Participate in cleaning system between color changes with other associates Hours in department are 5 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday Some Saturday overtime is possible each month based on schedule needs Education/certification: High school diploma or equivalent required Skills: Attention to detail Ability to lift parts up to 30-40 pounds onto hooks on conveyor line EEO, including disability/vets Equal opportunity employer/protected veterans/individuals with disabilities.
