Bachelor's Degree Three years of experience in energy policy, regulatory strategy, utility planning, or related analytical roles

Relevant Work Experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize data into business insights and effectively communicate the information in oral and written deliverables Required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) Required
Ability to make decisions in real-time, under pressure Required
Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new skills Required
One-year specific experience in utility DG programs, including work with utility DG program strategy, forecasting and reporting Preferred
Strong presentation and writing skills a plus Preferred
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, analyze and solve complex strategic and tactical opportunities Preferred
Proven experience developing analytical tools leveraging techniques which may include statistics, predictive models, and/or machine learning Preferred

Understanding of New York Independent System Operator (NYISO) participation models and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Order 2222 frameworks Preferred
Tools & data: familiarity with Con Edison software platforms; skills in SQL/Python/Power BI/Tableau helpful for concise visualizations Preferred
Customer-centric mindset with examples of simplifying requirements and improving transparency Preferred
