IT & Non IT industry experience
to drive
new client acquisition
across
all engineering verticals , including
Manufacturing, Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Semiconductor, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Electronics, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Energy, and Advanced Materials
industries in the US market. Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and strategic networking Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure Engage C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders Build and maintain a strong new-business pipeline aligned with revenue goals Lead discovery calls, presentations, and
in-person client meetings Travel within the USA and represent the company at
industry expos and trade shows Consistently achieve acquisition and revenue targets Requirements
1–2 years
of experience in business development / new client acquisition Mandatory IT & Non IT industry experience. Strong knowledge of the
US B2B sales environment Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Strong hunter mindset with a results-driven approach Education
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering , or related field Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or Computer Science
