to life‑changing dental implant care by building trust, removing fear, and seamlessly converting interest into virtual and in‑office consultations.
Who We Hire Experience
2–5 years in inside sales, patient coordination, or call center environments
Background in high-ticket, high-emotion decisions (healthcare, dental, elective medical, education, home improvement or financial services)
Proven success converting warm and lapsed leads
Comfortable working in CRMs, dialers, and structured follow‑up workflows

Empathy First – understands fear, embarrassment, and financial hesitation around tooth loss
Confidence with Compassion – calm, credible, and reassuring without being salesy
Consultative Educator – explains implants clearly and simply

Purpose‑Driven – motivated by changing lives, not just hitting numbers
Core Responsibilities
Respond rapidly to inbound implant leads
Qualify patients for implants (clinical readiness, urgency, expectations)
Conduct Britely‑branded virtual consultation conversations
Confidently schedule in‑office consultations
Re‑engage lapsed Britely leads and overcome hesitation
Document conversations accurately in CRM and follow Britely workflows
Success at Britely Is Measured By
Lead‑to‑consult conversion rate
Consultation show rate
Lapsed lead reactivation rate
Speed‑to‑lead response time
Patient experience and call quality scores
