What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and nurture positive relationships with brokerage distribution agencies for seamless collaboration
Drive business results by crafting, negotiating, and implementing impactful marketing and action plans
Manage travel plans aligned with clients' business goals and provide comprehensive trip summary reports
Coordinate sales efforts across multiple home office functions, ensuring commitments are delivered
Stay informed on industry shifts and provide strategic input on brokerage distribution arrangements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and servicing producers or agencies within the financial industry
Proven sales success and thorough experience in the life and health marketplace
Strong understanding of Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channels
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion, presentation, and training skills
Ability to transform information into actionable plans
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience within the Inspirational Marketing and Simplified Issue distribution channel
Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom, Allego, and Tableau
High-level understanding of data feeds and operational tools specific to the brokerage distribution channel
Securities registration, Series 6 & 63 preferred
