What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations and brand standards
Perform manual quality checks and elevate items to Compliance when needed
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure timely approval of materials
Manage asset lifecycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated materials
Maintain audit‑ready documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Strong background supporting marketing teams within the insurance industry, particularly with Long Term Care (LTC) products
Familiarity with digital asset management and marketing workflow tools (e.g., Workfront, JIRA, Asana)
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors quickly
Clear communication skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams
Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations and compliance tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with advertising review processes for insurance regulators
Advanced experience with asset management or workflow platforms
