What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with annuity sales goals
Track and assess marketing program performance, gathering feedback and sharing insights with leadership
Coordinate with sales leadership to understand business needs and manage cross‑functional marketing projects
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners for smooth project delivery
Compile, analyze, and maintain marketing and research data to support strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaigns, and advertising within regulated industries such as insurance
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical ability
Proficiency in standard computer tools, including spreadsheets, for data‑driven marketing decisions
Ability to work remotely and access to high‑speed internet, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
Experience in financial services or annuity/insurance products
Knowledge of distribution sales channels
