What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assign accurate HTS classifications using regulatory guidelines and CBP guidance

Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements for products

Conduct structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, and trade actions

Review product information to ensure accurate classification and compliance

Screen for AD/CVD exposure using ACE and Federal Register sources

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure

Skilled at identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility

Familiarity with PGA requirements and agency-specific risks

Ability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research

High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in trade compliance or customs brokerage

Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics

Previous work experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
