What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assign accurate HTS classifications using GRIs, section/chapter notes, and CBP guidance

Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements

Screen for AD/CVD exposure using ACE and Federal Register sources

Conduct structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, and trade actions

Review product information to ensure details are available for accurate classification

What is Required (Qualifications)

Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure

Skilled at identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility

Familiarity with PGA requirements and ability to identify agency‑specific risks

Ability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research

High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in ecommerce trade compliance or related fields

Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs processes

Familiarity with customs compliance земля software and tools

Previous experience in a fast‑paced e-commerce environment
