What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assign accurate HTS classifications using relevant regulations and guidance

Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements for products

Screen for AD/CVD exposure and conduct structured research on tariff updates

Review product information to ensure details are available for accurate classification

Maintain high attention to detail when analyzing product descriptions and specifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure

Skilled at identifying product nuances that affect classification and admissibility

Familiar with PGA requirements and able to identify agency-specific risks or restrictions

Ability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research

High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a trade compliance role or related field

Knowledge of e-commerce operations and supply chain management

Familiarity with customs regulations and compliance processes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams
