What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assign accurate HTS classifications using GRIs, section/chapter notes, and CBP guidance
Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements
Conduct structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, and trade actions
Review product information to ensure necessary details for accurate classification
Screen for AD/CVD exposure using ACE and Federal Register sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure
Ability to identify product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
Familiarity with PGA requirements and agency-specific risksExperience in conducting structured tariff and regulatory research
High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in trade compliance or customs operations
Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and supply chain processes
Familiarity with telehealth and mental health resources
Experience in community engagement or social impact initiatives
