What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract both passive and active candidates

Manage candidate generation through direct sourcing and research initiativesAct as a brand ambassador to engage and retain interest from potential candidates

Maintain accurate records and prioritize workload to meet recruitment goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or GED

At least 2 years of recruitment experience with sourcing expertise in a relevant role

Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office

Fluency in English

Ability to effectively communicate and consult with Hiring Managers

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

At least 2 years of experience with direct sourcing methodologies and channels

Experience in recruitment marketing and talent pool mining

Familiarity with competitor organizational mapping and social media outreach

Demonstrated ability to drive innovative recruitment programs and campaigns
