What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals and effectively overcome objections

Maintain rapport with current customers through regular visits and evaluate their needs for new opportunities

Identify non‑F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to qualify prospects

Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally’s products

Analyze performance metrics and participate in monthly roundtable meetings with dealership management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealership and/or dealer‑interfacing sales or F&I consulting

Proven ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers

Strong business management, presentation, and relationship selling skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage conflicting priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Industry designations are a plus

Experience in creative problem solving and resilience in challenging sales environments
