Overview Faith by Luis is a faith driven fashion brand with proven online sales and a strong community. We are now looking to expand into brick and mortar retail through aligned boutiques, specialty stores, and larger retail partners.
This is a contract based role with performance upside. Ideal for someone with experience in fashion wholesale, retail account management, or independent sales representation.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect retail partners including boutiques, specialty retailers, and department stores
Pitch the Faith by Luis brand, product assortment, and wholesale line sheets to buyers
Secure new wholesale accounts and retail placements
Manage wholesale onboarding including pricing, terms, and order minimums
Handle purchase orders, reorder communication, and account follow up
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers
Collaborate with internal team on inventory planning and delivery timelines
Track wholesale performance and report on account activity and revenue
Qualifications
Proven experience in fashion wholesale sales or retail account management
Existing relationships with retail buyers is a strong plus
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable owning outbound sales and account management
Organized and detail oriented with wholesale operations
Ability to work independently in a contract environment
Alignment with faith based values and mission is preferred
Contract Details
Contract based role with flexible schedule
Remote friendly
Compensation structured as monthly retainer plus commission on wholesale orders
Initial contract term expected to be 90 to 120 days with opportunity to extend based on performance
