Product Marketing Operations Specialist
to support dealer-facing initiatives, promotions, communications, and operational execution. This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, partner enablement, and operations, ensuring programs are launched efficiently and supported with strong processes and data. 3 month contract for now $35-40/hr - weekly pay Hybrid to Bridgewater, NJ Key Responsibilities
Support dealer promotion execution, including redemption processes, issue resolution, and operational troubleshooting Assist with dealer onboarding, account setup, and ongoing dealer portal support Manage dealer communications using email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact Coordinate dealer financing programs in partnership with third-party financing providers Provide logistical and operational support for tradeshows, dealer meetings, and partner events Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams to ensure dealer-facing product marketing initiatives progress efficiently through project management systems Track and report on promotion participation, dealer engagement, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Operations Management, or a related field Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, particularly in product marketing operations, partner marketing, or dealer program support Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing multiple projects in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, project management tools, or partner portals strongly preferred Intermediate proficiency required in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Copywriting or marketing content experience is a plus Why This Role
