What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage the end-to-end execution of print procurement projects from initiation through delivery
Provide high levels of service and clear communication to internal and external clients
Solve problems by evaluating requirements and leveraging supply chain partners
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize client value and adhere to pricing strategies
Offer guidance and training to junior staff within the job area
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational systems and practices
Strong knowledge of production processes and practices in the print/paper/logistics industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience with print project management software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Vocational or technical education or certifications in addition to prior work experience
Experience in managing print projects and understanding of pricing strategies
