This is a high-volume, operational sales role focused on pricing, negotiation, timing, and execution, not retail car sales.*** **2+ years of experience in auto auctions, fleet remarketing, wholesale vehicle sales, or commercial consignor environments.*** **Hands-on experience buying and/or selling vehicles at auction.*** **Strong working knowledge of wholesale pricing, residual values, and vehicle depreciation.*** **Proven experience negotiating vehicle pricing or managing resale value.*** **Experience managing high-volume vehicle inventory across multiple channels.*** **Familiarity with AutoIMS or similar auction and remarketing platforms preferred.*** **Experience using data, reports, or dashboards to guide pricing and sales decisions.*** **Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.*** **Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.*** **High school diploma or equivalent required.*** **Additional education or training in automotive, business, or sales disciplines is a plus.*** **Ability to evaluate market conditions and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.*** **Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.*** **Ability to balance speed-to-sale with value preservation.*** **Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.*** **Data-driven mindset with sound judgment.*** **Clear communicator who works well with both internal teams and external partners.*** **Self-directed and accountable for results.****Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k, Employee Discounts, Referral bo**nus****
