Customer Service Rep (Warranty)
Salary:
DOP$40,000 + up to $6k performance Incentives
Shifts:
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM DSL
General Description The customer service representative is responsible for handling Sales/Consumer requests and processing these into our CRM systems. Orders are received by telephone, fax, and email. They are the customer's front‑line communication and help resolve complaints/returns. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.
Responsibilities
Processing Consumer/Sales requests via email and call center
Communicating with customers/sales reps on product/program questions/returns
Training and Education – Product/Entry
Communication with factory/Art Dept./Order changes
Job Requirements
Interpersonal communications, listening skills, and attention to detail both written and verbal
Advance English level
Dominican ID
Live in Santiago
Able to work on site
