What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic display
Manage pacing and performance analytics for ongoing marketing efforts
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance funnel performance and marketing strategies
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate AI tools into workflows
What is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on performance or growth marketing experience
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
Experience in B2B marketing preferred
Expertise in paid platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Curiosity and willingness to expand knowledge in paid media
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
