Job Description
Risman Insurance Agencies is seeking an experienced Private Client Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value personal insurance clients. This role is designed for a licensed insurance professional with a strong background in high-net-worth personal lines, a polished client-facing presence, and the ability to deliver a white-glove service experience.
The Private Client Account Executive will serve as a trusted advisor to discerning clients, handling complex insurance needs while supporting relationship expansion through thoughtful, consultative conversations. This position blends advanced account management with selective sales responsibilities and works closely with agency leadership and carrier partners.
Risman Insurance Agencies is headquartered in Medford, MA, with additional offices in Tewksbury, Danvers, and Burlington. Employees may work out of Medford or Tewksbury. After onboarding, employees are eligible for one work-from-home day per week.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth and high-value personal insurance clients
Manage renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims coordination with a high level of discretion and responsiveness
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews and risk discussions
Design and recommend tailored insurance programs across multiple personal lines
Prepare submissions, review quotes, and negotiate coverage with high-value carriers such as Cincinnati Insurance, PURE, AIG, Vault, Chubb and similar markets
Present coverage strategies and recommendations in a confident, professional, and client-friendly manner
Identify opportunities for account rounding, cross-selling, and referral-based growth
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in AMS360
Collaborate with leadership, producers, and carrier partners on complex accounts
Occasionally meet with clients in person or participate in client meetings as needed
Deliver a consistently polished, proactive, and high-touch client experience
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license required
5+ years of personal lines insurance experience, with a focus on high-value or high-net-worth clients
Proven experience working with high-value carriers (e.g., Chubb, AIG, Cincinnati Insurance, Vault, PURE, or similar)
Strong understanding of complex personal lines coverages, including high-value homes, umbrellas, secondary residences, collections, and excess liability
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Professional, polished demeanor appropriate for high-net-worth clientele
High level of attention to detail and discretion with sensitive client information
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards
Experience with AMS360 or systemlook, Word, Excel)
Comfort participating in consultative sales conversations
Interest in long-term growth within a Private Client or advisory-focused role
