Intermediate Architectural Designer
to join its New York–based studio.

The studio’s work includes bespoke private residences in distinguished domestic locations—New York, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Miami, Palm Beach, and Colorado—as well as an expanding international portfolio encompassing Tel Aviv, Monaco, St. Tropez, Paris, and Hong Kong. The firm serves a discreet, international clientele, designing highly individualized homes that are unique as they are luxurious.
The Intermediate Architectural Designer will play a substantive role in the development of residential projects from design through construction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior architects on highly detailed, custom work within a collaborative and design-focused environment, with direct exposure to projects through completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience in high-end custom residential architecture (required)
Experience in custom millwork design and detailing strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
Working knowledge of 3D modeling, design, and presentation software
Ability to manage coordinated drawing sets, specifications, and schedules in AutoCAD and across all Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience preparing design development and construction documentation
High level of proficiency in construction detailing and coordination
Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail
Collaborative, composed, and professionally rigorous
