Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manage a construction-heavy book of business, providing exceptional service to clients

Handle daily servicing tasks, including certificates, endorsements, quoting, and renewals

Collaborate with the Commercial Lines Manager and other team members to ensure client satisfaction

Utilize AMS360 agency management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Provide professional and timely responses to client inquiries and requests

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications / Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction insurance sector

Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems is preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset

Ability to work on-site in Fresno, with potential for a hybrid schedule (remote work on Mondays and Fridays)
