Job Title: Business Development & Marketing Associate
Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.)

About the Role We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Business Development & Marketing Associate to support sales growth, marketing initiatives, and brand visibility. This is a junior, hands‑on role ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to sales, outreach, marketing, social media, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with strong social skills, comfortable reaching out to people, creating marketing materials, and handling administrative tasks. You should be organized, creative, and eager to learn, with a go‑getter mentality and the ability to execute without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Support outbound sales and business development efforts
Assist with prospect research, outreach, and follow‑ups (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Help manage lead lists, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates
Coordinate meetings and maintain ongoing communication with prospects and partners
Marketing & Social Media
Assist with creating marketing materials, presentations, and sales decks using Canva and PowerPoint
Support social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Help execute marketing campaigns, announcements, and promotions
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Administrative & Operational Support
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, reporting, and organization
Help maintain marketing and sales documentation
Support senior team members with ad‑hoc projects and initiatives
Ensure follow‑ups, tasks, and deadlines are completed on time
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship building
Proficiency with Canva and PowerPoint
Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable
Comfortable handling administrative and support tasks
Positive attitude with a go‑getter mindset
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or early‑career experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
Basic experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Interest in business, marketing, or sales growth
