GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
The Rep Services Rep will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and customers. They will be the first point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and issues related to the company's products and services. The Rep Services Rep will be expected to: Handle all phone and written communications with field sales reps concerning account set-up (new accounts and product offerings) and maintenance as well as day-to-day activities including warranty issues. Also provides sales training as necessary. Interface with manufacturing plants and other support groups to resolve work-in-process issues and customer inquiries. Gather and disperse information to the sales force, sales management, and plants on orders, repairs, and delivery events. Communicate special handling of orders and accounts to office and plant personnel. Includes monitoring of sales reservation system. Team participation and responsibilities including cross-functional coverage. Interact with Product and Marketing Specialists to ensure the best solution for the customer’s needs. The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with financial reporting and credit reviews. Fully bilingual English/Spanish Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, (with an emphasis on Excel), Oracle, MS Project. Preferred:
