What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct complex root cause analysis on obscure business problems and develop clear recommendations
Develop and deliver executive‑focused presentations as needed
Lead project deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with various stakeholders
Create trainings and standard operating processes to support field leaders in executing corporate initiatives
Provide analytical and project support for a variety of strategy initiatives in a dynamic environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in analytical and project management roles
Experience with a top-tier strategy consultancy or in a corporate strategy function
Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and structure data frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access; SQL experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in distribution, retail, CPG, or related industries
Proven ability to lead work streams and drive project progress
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills with experience presenting to senior management
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in reporting
