LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a senior marketing specialist with 5 or more years of experience for a contract to hire role for our manufacturing client. This is hybrid in Bucks County, PA; 3 days onsite 2 days work from home. This is a great role that offers the opportunity to work with a results‑oriented and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all logistics for tradeshows and industry events, including registration, booth setup, and preparation of promotional materials.

Must be able to travel for both domestic and international events ; maintain all required travel documentation (passport and visas when applicable)

Lead and enhance the use of the Salesforce CRM platform to support efficient lead capture, qualification, assignment, and tracking across integrated marketing and sales workflows.

Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performance, evaluate campaign ROI, and track key sales enablement metrics.

Manage and organize digital sales collateral within SharePoint, ensuring all content remains up-to-date, easily accessible, and aligned with sales team needs.

Capture and import event leads into Salesforce, applying accurate tagging, segmentation, and routing to ensure timely and effective follow‑up.

Partner with Customer Care to design and execute aftermarket campaigns targeting existing customers, leveraging Pardot and Salesforce for list segmentation, automated email journeys, and performance analysis to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Maintain and organize marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign archives within Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Health and Science, or related fields

Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM, with expertise in lead management, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

Hands‑on experience with Pardot, marketing‑qualified lead (MQL) frameworks, and best practices in marketing automation.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Demonstrated success managing CRM‑integrated campaigns and driving lead engagement.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Experience

5 years experience in a tradeshow and events, marketing, sales enablement, or CRM‑focused role

Employment Type Contract to Hire

Compensation $35.00-$42.00 per hour
