experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager
to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Do
Support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations
Coach, train, and develop sales consultants
Help lead and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at a high level
Ensure the internet and showroom sales processes are followed
Monitor performance metrics and assist with ongoing improvement
Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of automotive sales experience
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Strong understanding of the
internet sales and CRM process
Proven performance results in an automotive setting
Positive leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
Strong communication and organizational skills
