What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Oversee trends within the IVA and all AI functionality to improve call containment performance
Define, optimize, and govern enterprise-wide IVA processes
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and financial health
Collaborate cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps and recommend solutions
Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and monitor member/client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or strategic planning
Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiativesProficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
Strong operational knowledge with data modeling and statistical analysis
Ability to present and manage up to executive level audiences
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
