Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound digital leads through dealer website, social media, and third-party sources including Autotrader, CarGurus, CarNow, and others
Respond promptly to every lead using
phone calls, text messages, emails, and short personalized videos
Maintain daily follow-up cadence to maximize engagement and appointment opportunities
Handle inbound phone inquiries for new and pre-owned vehicles
Guide customers through the buying process, start to finish
Complete digital needs analysis and guest sheets accurately
Become highly knowledgeable on vehicle inventory, features, packages, and technology
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Ensure customer satisfaction, drive referrals, repeat business
Overcome objections, maintain control of the sales process
Report daily activity, progress, and performance to Sales Management
Bring energy, accountability, and a positive mindset every day
Qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong desire to learn, grow, and perform at a high level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
Willingness to complete pre-employment background check and drug screening
