About the Hospital and Department:
Position will manage a 25 bed ED with over 35k annual visits and a team of 50+ FTE's
Well supported by a Nurse Manager, team of Charge Nurses and an Educator
Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Chief Nursing Officer
Strong opportunities for growth and advancement within the health system
Qualifications & Requirements for Emergency Department Director (RN)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required / Master's preferred
Active RN License
5+ years of ER clinical nursing experience required
2+ years of ER leadership experience required
Energetic and dynamic leader who will be able to ensure the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care to the community
Demonstrated track record of improving employee satisfaction/engagement, throughput times, and the patient experience
