San Diego Calvary Korean Church Education Department is seeking a
Middle-School Pastor/Educational Director
who can work within the overall church’s vision statement to nurture youth, equip teachers, educate parents, and supervise educational ministers for raising lifelong disciples of Jesus.
Position Middle-School Pastor/Educational Director (Full Time with the option for Part Time or Half Time)
Payroll Package $70,000–$80,000 annually (full-time)
Responsibilities Coordinate the Educational Department Ministry:
Direct and manage VBS, Holy Win, etc
Oversee issues between departments
Participate in weekly meetings and communicate w/ church about issues of the educational department
Oversee, grow & coordinate all aspects of the middle‑school ministry, which includes:
Preach and lead weekly Sunday worship services, including small groups & bible study
Lead Friday Night Bible Study
Coordinate seasonal events (summer/winter retreats, etc.)
