What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Handle an average of 45-55 inbound calls daily, addressing a variety of client inquiries related to insurance products

Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to departmental goals and guidelines

Participate in customer service training and stay updated on operational policies and new products

Navigate multiple administrative systems and perform basic calculations as needed

Collaborate with Floor Support when assistance is required

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with demonstrated superior customer service skills

Ability to multitask and effectively use multiple systems simultaneously

Strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment and dedication to the role

Reliable attendance and punctuality

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

College degree

Previous experience in insurance and understanding of the financial market

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interactionsAbility to research and utilize available resources for problem-solving
