What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
Facilitate successful recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized dashboard
Engage in customer service interactions while demonstrating product and service knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service and account management experience
2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise directions
High level of experience using G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Collections or credit experience would be beneficial
Detail‑oriented with strong multi‑tasking and organizational skills
