What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral using a centralized dashboard
Demonstrate product and service knowledge while initiating required actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of customer service and account management experience
2+ years of experience with collateral repossession preferred
Strong phone skills with the ability to give clear and concise direction
High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office, and related applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Collections/Credit experience would be beneficial
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced recovery environment
