What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain account orderliness and ensure field agents are assigned to each account
Update designated accounts with new information received from clients
Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed
Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral through a centralized dashboard
Provide clear and concise direction over the phone to clients and field agents
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and account management experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in using G‑Suite, MS Office, and related applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2+ years of experience with collateral repossession
Collections or credit experience is beneficial
Strong phone skills with the ability to communicate effectively
