What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Develop and maintain business relationships to meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory

Understand the employer's diverse Group products and the brokerage community

Support new sales initiatives to increase sales of existing products and develop new products

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper processing of sold products

Identify and procure new customer sales opportunities in partnership with brokers

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Ability to learn the insurance/financial services industry, including products and marketing practices

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills

Highly motivated, results‑oriented self‑starter with problem‑solving abilities

Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in sales within the insurance or financial services industry

Established relationships with brokers and agents in the territory

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
