Responsibilities
Promote and sell Treasury Management Services to existing and prospective customers using a relationship-based approach
Establish and maintain relationships with Branch Managers, Business Bankers, and regional Treasury Management Consultants to generate new business
Prepare sales presentations and proposals that highlight product benefits and the bank’s value proposition
Identify and self-source sales leads through data mining within the existing customer base
Ensure timely implementation of new accounts and resolve customer problems or complaints effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Banking, Sales, and/or Customer Service
Ability to work independently and manage sales leads effectively
Strong written communication skills for proposal development
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Treasury Management Services or similar financial products
Proven track record of meeting sales goals and objectives
Familiarity with data mining and cross-selling techniques in a banking environment
Strong interpersonal skills for building business partnerships
