Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Long Term Care Executive Recruiter at Career Strategies Position Summary: The External Marketer is responsible for building and maintaining strong referral relationships to support census growth for a skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on developing partnerships with local hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations while promoting the facility’s clinical services and outcomes.
