What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Perform complex data analysis to support business objectives related to commercial insurance
Generate actionable insights through various types of analyses, including root cause and performance tracking
Consult with client groups to identify business needs, scope issues, and prepare findings for senior leaders
Collaborate with IT partners to define business requirements and assist in User Acceptance Testing
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring accuracy and logic in data presentation
What is Required (Qualifications): Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in the commercial insurance industry
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to structure analyses
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to make effective presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Experience in commercial insurance and familiarity with R or Python programming
Background in automating repetitive tasks to enhance efficiencyDemonstrated adaptability, multitasking capabilities, and strong time management skills
Involvement in activities that shape company culture, such as employee resource groups or volunteer work
