What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct complex data analysis to support business objectives and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with various departments to research and implement findings and action plansMake recommendations for procedure development based on data analysis and broader business issues
Consult with client groups to identify business needs, prepare findings, and present recommendations to senior leaders
Partner with IT to define business needs and perform User Acceptance Testing on digital assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Strong statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to make effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Experience in commercial insurance
Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
Experience in automating repetitive tasks
Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to company culture and community initiatives
