About the Role
Organization is seeking an Executive Director – U.S. to lead all United States–based fundraising and external engagement efforts from the NYC Metro area. Reporting to the Tikva CEO and working closely with the Executive Committee, this senior leader will develop and execute U.S. fundraising strategy while remaining highly hands-on, personally cultivating major donors and operating effectively with limited support staff as needed. The role includes expanding major funding opportunities, serving as the public face of the Organization in the U.S. philanthropic community, strengthening board engagement, and maintaining close alignment with operations and global fundraising efforts. Familiarity with the NYC Metro Orthodox Jewish communities is a strong plus, along with a deep commitment to the mission of caring for vulnerable children.
