At Collage, you'll play a vital part in our developing Center in Columbus, NE. Joining our team means cultivating a community where everyone sees their immeasurable value and worth. As a Center Director with Collage, you'll have the opportunity to advocate for our holistic sexual health services, addressing our clients' physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual needs. In this pivotal role, you'll be a catalyst for transformation, delivering essential health care and support to those in need. You'll witness firsthand the profound impact of your compassionate care on women, men, and families.
Your responsibilities will be diverse, spanning the oversight of day-to-day operations, patient care, educational outreach, and community support. You'll engage in activities that keep your work dynamic and fulfilling.
To be successful in this role, you must be a compassionate and nonjudgmental leader, exhibiting emotional and relational maturity.
This team member will work out of the Columbus Center. Initial training will require travel to our Grand Island Center.
You're a good fit if...
You’re experienced in helping women and men in difficult situations.
You’re a licensed R.N., L.P.N., or R.D.M.S., preferably, but not required.
You excel in interpersonal communication, public speaking, and problem-solving.
You are dependable and committed.
You thrive both independently and collaboratively.
You engage well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
You are a self-starter and proactive.
You have a good sense of humor (a plus).
Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.
You have at least two years of management experience.
What you'll be doing...
Providing and overseeing patient services, including STD/STI testing & treatment, pregnancy testing, and limited OB ultrasounds.
Communicating with patients via call, email, or walk-in.
Maintaining referral resources for external services.
Handling administrative duties like scheduling, data tracking, implementing best practices, routine business calls, and staff evaluations.
Participating in weekly leadership meetings.
Serving as the Coordinator for our annual fundraising event and other fundraising activities.
Engaging in meetings with organizations related to patient needs.
