Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience with enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining good customer relations
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in handling multiple tasks while ensuring attention to detail
Relevant experience in the food distribution or logistics industry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
