We are seeking a mission-driven Preschool Center Director to lead daily operations, elevate program quality, and support a high-performing team.
Oversee daily operations and ensure full compliance with DCF, NECPA, VPK, and ELC requirements
Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and staff development
Ensure curriculum fidelity, instructional excellence, and adherence to VPK assessment cycles
Manage enrollment growth, family retention, tuition oversight, and budget performance
Maintain a safe, developmentally appropriate, and engaging learning environment
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and community partners
Qualifications
Florida Director's Credential Preferred
25+ years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood program
Strong understanding of early learning regulations, quality systems, and compliance
Demonstrated leadership, communication, operational, and team-building skills
