Your Goal: You define, standardize, and continuously optimize the in-store B2B operational setup—including service areas, navigation, and logistics to ensure an efficient and professional purchasing experience for PRO customers across our entire store network.

Deine Aufgaben

Process Excellence: Designing and optimizing fulfillment and pick-up flows for professional orders and translating them into clear store standards and SOPs

Service Experience: Owning the layout and functionality of PRO service areas to support rapid workflows and high service quality

Customer Journey: Developing B2B navigation and signage from parking to key PRO touchpoints in partnership with Merchandising

Layout Standards: Defining guidelines for the physical link between PRO service areas and key PRO assortments

Continuous Improvement: Collecting store feedback on bottlenecks and space issues to turn them into concrete concept improvements

Rollout Support: Supporting Format Managers across all countries in implementing PRO standards and training store teams

Asset Maintenance: Developing a country-specific catalog of operational standards and monitoring the consistency of physical assets

Dein Profil

Retail Experience: Professional background in store operations, logistics, or floor management, ideally in DIY or building materials

Conceptual Thinking: Ability to analyze physical workflows and design efficient, standardized procedures and layout concepts

Stakeholder Skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with store managers, regional operations, and central teams

Hands-on Mindset: High willingness to be on-site in stores to understand professional customers' needs first-hand
