Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
Listen to and understand customer needs while resolving issues effectively
Maintain accurate documentation and process customer claims in systems
Comply with scripts, policies, and procedures while ensuring confidentiality
Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or administrative support within a contact center environment
