Strong typing skills with a minimum of 35 WPM required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write) and able to provide a quiet work‑from‑home environment

Ability to learn quickly and retain information regarding multiple systems

Experience in the retail sector, particularly in customer service roles
